Role Overview
Responsible for the creation & management of the GBS Supply communications plan
Responsible for mapping stakeholders across the GBS Supply programme and developing a communication strategy to increase engagement, reduce resistance to the change and build capabilities
Develop and execute strategies and messages to support effective, timely and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for measuring communication program effectiveness to date and developing strategies and initiatives at pace, to improve outcomes
Actively engage in activities to build and maintain a positive brand for the GBS Supply Turbo programme
Analyse the people, process, organisation, and technology impacts of change (IOC); develop and execute communication and engagement solutions and plans to align markets and to embed new ways of working
Support Adoption in developing action plans and solutions to increase stakeholder engagement and embed new ways of working across deployment and business as usual (BAU) markets
Use digital and traditional communications to engage diverse stakeholder groups (e.g. Workplace)
Collect and analyse data and create visionary and engaging narratives
Support the deployment markets in creating consistency of messaging and aligning communications to further increase the speed of end user adoption
Lead all communication aspects of GBS Supply events and activities (e.g., Kick Off Events, all-hands meetings, appreciation events, etc.)
Execute surveys to identify stakeholder readiness, adoption and to collect feedback within deployment markets and BAU markets
Monitor and report communication effectiveness through an established OCM governance framework and track and report stakeholder engagement and adoption across markets
Guide the local change lead in the execution of all major Communications activities, sharing lessons learned and best practice from previous deployments
Apply learnings and industry best practice to enhance the central OCM methodology, tools, and templates
Requirements
Experience in a communications lead role
Experience in corporate communications for a global competitive business
Experience of working in a dynamic, time-pressured project environment
Experience of leading communications for global IT transformation programmes
Experience of working with a variety of traditional and digital communications tools (e.g. Workplace, Mentimeter, MS Teams)
Experience of coordination large events such as deployment Kick Offs & Town Halls both virtually and in-person
