Act as the go-to product expert for our Implants & Digital portfolio, supporting sales teams, dealers, and customers in their daily activities
Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams, providing hands-on support, product guidance, and expert advice
Deliver regular trainings, workshops, and product demonstrations for sales teams and customers (clinics, labs, universities)
Support product launches, ensuring sales teams are well prepared and equipped with the right product knowledge and messages
Translate product features into clear clinical and business benefits that support successful sales conversations
Support commercial initiatives such as lead qualification and incentive programs
Be involved in aftersales activities, including user trainings, onboarding, installations, and first-level troubleshooting support
Monitor market and competitor developments and share insights with Commercial and Marketing teams
Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and educational partners
Share knowledge proactively and help develop the expertise of colleagues using a train-the-trainer approach

Commercial background with practical sales experience
Experience in product management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Dental industry experience is preferred; experience with implants is an advantage but not mandatory
Confident communicator who enjoys training, presenting, and working closely with people
Able to explain complex products in a simple, practical, and sales-oriented way
Proactive, hands-on, and well organized, with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
Willing to travel frequently (approx. 70%) within the Baltics
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Solid user of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Valid driving license
