Role Overview

• Manage candidates from initial inquiry through franchise award
• Conduct qualification, discovery, and business planning conversations
• Present the Honest Abe Roofing franchise opportunity
• Evaluate financial readiness, leadership ability, and ownership potential
• Coordinate Discovery Day and executive meetings
• Build relationships with franchise brokers and referral partners
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
• Protect the brand by identifying candidates who align with our culture, values, and operating system
• Represent Honest Abe Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and confidence

Requirements

• Proven success in consultative, executive, or high-ticket sales
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Executive presence and sound judgment
• High accountability and strong follow-through
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Preferred Experience in franchise development, business consulting, home services or construction, B2B or executive sales
