Lead, develop and supervise the Technology team (analysts, assistants and interns)
Coordinate IT infrastructure, support and operations activities
Manage physical and virtual servers, networks, backups and security policies
Continue migrating the infrastructure to a Cloud environment
Administer Active Directory, Google Workspace and other corporate environments
Manage software licenses, operating systems, databases and corporate systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
Ensure the availability, performance and security of the technology infrastructure
Implement governance improvements, processes and IT best practices
Monitor area KPIs and present results to management
Plan investments and manage the Technology area's budget
Research and implement new technologies focused on continuous improvement of the environment
