Role Overview
- Complete all 2D/3D Design with AutoCAD software
- Coordinate seal of engineered drawings with in-house/third party Engineers
- Estimating and budgeting for upcoming potential scaffolding work
- Prepare complete bid packages for review before sending them off to potential customers
- Maintain and organize files related to ongoing projects
- Produce accurate material take-offs and labour quotes
- Help streamline the divisions operations where possible
- Client meetings (online/in person) where needed
Requirements
- Minimum 6-12 months of scaffolding experience required
- Experience with scaffold design software (Avontus) preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent listening & communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close-knit team
