Role Overview
- Assist in the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Ensure all electrical infrastructure operates efficiently and adheres to established performance standards.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the Electrical Engineering Manager and Critical Services Manager in developing strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a data centre or critical infrastructure environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high integrity and a collaborative working style.
