Role Overview
- First point of contact for building-related issues such as equipment malfunctions, damage, and repairs.
- Supervising contractors and service companies in the company premises.
- Assisting with security tasks and on-call for emergencies.
- Performing small repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing sanitary blockages.
- Helping with (internal) office moves, adjusting desk heights.
- Occasional tidying and cleaning tasks.
- Administrative and registration tasks.
Requirements
- Living within a 50 km radius of 's-Hertogenbosch, having own transportation
- Technically skilled
- Good proficiency in the MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
