Oversee student affairs, enrollment management, and student engagement.
Develop and implement comprehensive, data-informed strategies to recruit, retain, and support student success.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs, faculty, program directors, marketing, clinical partners, alumni, advancement, and university leadership.
Lead enrollment forecasting, ROI analysis for marketing and recruitment, accreditation-related student outcome reporting, and the strategic use of technology to optimize Student Affairs operations.
Requirements
Master's degree in a related field plus ten (10) years of experience in Student and Academic Affairs or a closely related area, with five (5) or more years of supervisory experience.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced); Student Information Systems experience preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
