Role Overview
- Oversee and develop 5+ Advance Funeral Planners by motivating performance, coaching to outcomes, and holding clear accountability to results
- Work closely with enterprise leadership and local funeral home managers, helping to bring structure and strategy to a rapidly growing market
- Actively sell alongside your team when needed, modeling best practices, and reinforcing an outcomes-first approach
- Bring a corporate mindset to a fast-moving environment, thinking strategically, solving problems creatively, and adapting quickly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one preferred
- 4+ years in a sales leadership or management role preferred
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Comfortability with and interest in travelling for work.
