Manage a team of supply chain specialist ensuring the coordination of sales and support team efforts in assigned accounts.
Ensure customer requirements are identified, including tasks, assignments and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules.
Approve business decisions based on data analytics and craft sales and supply chain strategies.
Ensure a strong collaboration between global sales teams, internal and external stakeholders globally.
Oversee the process of the documenting changes in such things as customer guidelines, SOW, pricing files, margins and revenue analysis.
Ensure strong collaboration between the company’s global regions and their respective support teams.
Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
Acts as a change agent by ensuring employees have a good understanding of changes, ensuring readiness, and providing solutions and conflict resolution including payment of outstanding accounts payable accounts.
Develop direct reports by providing internal coaching and training, identify needs for training.
Support manager concerning induction, delegating work assignments, performance management, vacation planning.
Help creating and maintain an environment that is conducive to retaining employees.
Liase with local facilities services such as manager, HR, etc as required.
Proactively seek individual learning and development opportunities to build leadership skill set and enhance individual performance.
