Works collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems.
Primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients.
Actively leads and participates in engagement work streams.
Determines client needs and leads, completes and provides quality assurance over data analyses.
Interprets data analyses and forms initial recommendations and develops potential solutions for consideration.
Develops deliverables and presentations materials for various audiences.
Assists in risk identification and mitigation, manages workstream economics and project management, and assists in the implementation of recommended improvements.
Requirements
4 or more years of applicable experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Ability to coordinate and deliver effective presentations (verbal and written) to client audiences
Ability to conduct analyses and oversee and mentor others in the delivery and production of client deliverables
Experience with Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt
Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations and presentations to support data-driven recommendations
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis
Extensive experience in management consulting within a healthcare supply chain setting
