Reconcile activities using submitted documentation to ensure all HCP/HCO payments and expenses are accurately captured
Validate completeness and accuracy of documentation and spend records in line with established standards
Prepare and aggregate spend and transfer-of-value data for global transparency reporting (Sunshine Act, EFPIA, etc.)
Finalize data entry for attendance, meals, expert ToV, and Confirmation of Services (CoS) in the system of record
Identify and escalate anomalies or missing data to relevant stakeholders for timely correction
Complete activity closeout in the system and maintain audit-ready documentation to support compliance
Collaborate with compliance and finance teams to align reporting with regulations and company policies
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and SOP updates to enhance data quality and efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics
Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations
Strong data management and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail
Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g. SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar)
Proficiency in math and advanced proficiency in Excel or data manipulation tools for analysis and reporting
Clear written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to work in high-volume, deadline-driven environments while maintaining data quality and compliance standards
Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving, and commitment to operational excellence
Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
