About this role
Role Overview
- Execute and monitor portfolio assignment operations, including:
- Preparation, validation and provision of datasets;
- Interface with funds, securitization firms and internal areas;
- Monitoring operational workflows and deadlines;
- Ensuring compliance and data quality.
- Design and evolve operational processes for portfolio transfers, promoting:
- Standardization and continuous improvement;
- Reduction of operational risks;
- Efficiency gains and scalability.
- Develop and maintain automations, focusing on:
- Creating Python scripts for data processing and operational routines;
- Developing and maintaining RPA (UiPath) for repetitive tasks;
- Identifying automation opportunities within credit recovery processes.
- Work with data in a structured way, performing:
- Analysis and validation of large volumes of information;
- Cross-referencing datasets and generating operational insights;
- Supporting the creation of controls and performance indicators.
- Support initiatives to improve the credit recovery operation, contributing to:
- Process flow reviews;
- Identification of bottlenecks;
- Proposing data
- and automation-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with financial operations, Back Office or structured processes;
- Experience in data manipulation and analysis;
- Knowledge of Python applied to automation and data processing;
- Experience with RPA (preferably UiPath);
- Analytical, organized profile with an efficiency orientation;
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and meet deadlines;
- Good communication skills for interacting with technical and business areas.
- Experience with portfolio transfers or operations involving funds/securitization and credit recovery or collections;
- Experience in financial institutions or cooperatives;
- Experience with system integrations or more robust automations;
- Knowledge of SQL or BI tools;
- Process modeling and improvement (Lean, BPM).
