About this role
Role Overview
Regional expert on all digital product under responsibility, drive deployment & adoption according to Digital Agency targets
Deployment of new features / products
Execute all required deployment plan related to all digital products under responsibility (Trainings, webinars, internal communication, network animation)
Drive action’s plan to increase adoption on all digital products under scorecard targets
Monitor Regional / Country performance
Analyze available data to transform ambition into operational action’s plan targeting rights customer segments
Execute all local actions’s plans relevant to perform on eCommerce Target (Customer meeting, lead&opportunity conversion, external webinars, network animation…)
Offer clear report to management according to eCommerce scorecard
Product expertise on all digital products under responsibility
Collect / centralize evolutions request and business opportunity
Perform regular internal touchpoint to maintain digital knowledge of network
Support agency & customers on escalated cases
Promote Digital Agency eLearnings
Take responsibility on 1 or more taskforce streams (updated documentation, marketing request, eLearning content, communication, functional qualification, business intelligence, benchmark & support)
Contributes to all transversal actions expected by stream leaders
Requirements
Preferably master’s degree in business administration, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, IT or a related field
3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing or project management
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (websites, APIs, EDI, mobile apps) and their integration into the customer journey
Customer centric mindset with strong interest for digital transformation and customer experience
Results-driven, proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills
