Connect learning tools with other systems such as ERP, CRM and collaboration platforms
Create learning experiences directly within the product
Set up automated ways to share knowledge
Develop gamification features that make learning more engaging
Track usage of learning solutions and improve them based on feedback
Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
