Take ownership of the CRM in its final setup and drive strategic development.
Build and maintain system architecture, workflows, and automations.
Define and track central KPIs: conversion rate, pipeline velocity, lead quality, customer value.
Analyze and optimize existing processes along the customer journey.
Co-develop B2B pricing logic with the Head of B2B and Finance.
Manage the B2B shop
product access, collections, price and bundle implementation.
Build a reporting and analytics infrastructure to enable data-driven decision-making in the B2B team.
Coordinate B2B communications as the interface to Marketing and Brand.

Proven experience building, optimizing, or scaling CRM and sales processes — ideally in a fast-growing B2B environment.
Commercial acumen — pricing, margins and offer logic are not just finance topics.
Deep understanding of customer journeys — from lead generation to long-term partner development.
Strong in automation and process design.
Strategic thinking with operational execution.
Highly data-driven with dashboards and KPI systems.
Active use of AI tools for analysis, automation and process optimization.
Self-organized and structured way of working.
Good German and English skills.
