Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in project management.
Proven experience leading Oracle technology, ERP, or cloud transformation projects.
Exposure to multiple cloud implementations and cloud-based solutions.
Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS delivery models.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent business writing, presentation, and communication abilities.
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage complex projects, and drive successful outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
