About this role
Role Overview
You manage the entire sales cycle – from the prospecting phase through to contract signing
You acquire new customers in the German-speaking market via phone, video calls and other outbound channels
You qualify leads, identify potential, and develop concrete sales opportunities
You present Tendium convincingly and clearly demonstrate the value our platform provides
You build a reliable pipeline and work in a structured way on forecasting, follow-up, and conversion
You work closely with Marketing and the sales team to continuously improve market approach, messaging, and close rates
Requirements
Excellent German skills, both written and spoken
Strong English skills for collaboration within an international team
Initial relevant experience in sales, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment
A clear results orientation and the ambition to not only meet but exceed targets
Enjoyment in building relationships, conducting conversations, and closing deals
Resilience, self-initiative, and a structured, proactive working style
Experience working in a technology or SaaS company
Knowledge of public procurement or experience in the public sector
An existing network in the German market
Additional language skills, especially Nordic languages or other European languages
