About this role
Role Overview
Processing customer inquiries and technical support cases via phone, email, and remote access.
Analyzing, documenting, and resolving incidents using a ticketing system.
Assisting users with the use of software solutions.
Closely collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and products.
Contributing to the optimization of support processes.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or technical customer support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware.
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Basic networking knowledge.
Strong service orientation with a structured and solution-focused working style.
German language skills at native level (C2).
Nice to have: knowledge of SQL or Scrum.
Experience supporting software products.
