Role Overview
Leading the administration process of the employee lifecycle.
Act as a Center of Excellence (COE) for people policies and processes, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian labor laws and local regulations while continuously optimizing and updating organizational guidelines.
Handle employee inquiries and maintain positive employee relations.
Lead and support employee relations cases, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring data organization and reliability.
Take responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety routines, including the management of occupational exams and support in the renewal of technical reports.
Act as the internal focal point for payroll activities managed by the external provider, overseeing movements, closures, and reconciliation of provisions and statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial) to ensure full legal compliance.
Administer benefits, including control, verification, updates, and vendor management.
Partner with the finance team to submit information and payments, ensuring internal SLAs are met.
Manage and audit electronic time tracking records, acting as the focal point to clarify doubts and support employees with the platform.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
Support internal engagement initiatives with event organization.
Managing all aspects of workplace experience. This includes – Office operations (coworking space management, equipment maintenance, office supplies procurement).
Event planning (local activation of global internal events, summer celebrations).
Implement local engagement initiatives.
Regular coordination with global workplaces team.
Procurement of IT equipment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll management and solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT).
Experience in benefits administration and electronic time-tracking systems.
Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve issues that may arise during engagement activities.
Develop strong relationships with the landlord and vendors.
Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of occupational health routines, regulatory standards, and legal programs.
Discrete, trustworthy and able to work with confidential information.
Positive and enthusiastic outlook even while working under pressure.
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
A pro-active approach to work with a keen interest in learning and developing.
