About this role
Role Overview
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires across multiple countries and time zones.
Coordinate pre-boarding activities, documentation, system access, equipment requests, and onboarding communications.
Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all employees.
Manage employee offboarding processes, including system deactivation, documentation, equipment recovery, and stakeholder coordination.
Maintain onboarding and offboarding checklists and continuously improve workflows.
Serve as a key operational resource for employee lifecycle processes, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
Execute recurring HR operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation requests.
Generate and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards as needed.
Act as a power user of HR systems and tools.
Perform data entry, audits, quality checks, and process validation activities.
Troubleshoot routine system-related issues and escalate when necessary.
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve operational processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data across systems.
Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, policies, systems, and HR processes.
Provide timely and professional support while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Shared Services, or HR Administration.
Experience supporting global employee populations is preferred.
Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes at scale.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Comfortable following established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Strong systems aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, or similar systems.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data validation tasks.
Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools is a plus.
