Monitor and optimize AI-powered channels by reviewing conversations, testing prompts, identifying friction points, and generating recommendations to improve performance and conversion.
Conduct merchant outreach, including sales calls and customer interviews, to drive offer conversion, understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities.
Support the execution and performance tracking of marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and AI-driven channels, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
Assist in creating marketing assets, presentations, business reviews, and partner-facing materials while helping maintain documentation, processes, and process tracking.
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious about AI, automation, growth, product marketing, and fintech.
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools (Nice to Have).
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io or similar (Nice to Have).
Experience with Figma, Canva, or presentation design (Nice to Have).
