Promote and maintain a safe work environment through active engagement and visible leadership
Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements
Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational goals
Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Human Resources departments

High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
Experience supervising hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems
Ability to work flexible schedules as required
