About this role
Role Overview
- Assist Altius mentors in supporting students on their MCAT journey
- Supervise a team of 5 – 10 Altius Mentors
- Attend SPC Training Meetings
- Hold Progress Meetings with assigned mentors
- Maintain SPC notes and track intervention efforts
- Directly intervene with individual students
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Altius curriculum
- Ability to communicate with others
- Moderate computer skills (Google Docs, Zoom)
- Strong mastery over the MCAT topics
- Positive attitude and being a team player
