Coordinate the post-award administration of various grants assigned to one or more pediatric divisions.
Ensure that grants are in compliance with regulatory, funding agency, and policy requirements.
Generate forecasts to analyze financial trends, funding resources, and research impact of decisions on grant funding budgets.
Analyze monthly financial performance compared to Sponsor budget.
Assist administrative staff and research team in the creation, negotiation, and administration of grants, contracts, and research proposals.
Coordinate the budgetary aspects of the grant process from development and submission through closeout.
Ensure compliance with sponsor terms, MCW policies/procedures, and federal regulations.

Bachelor’s degree
4 years of experience in grant coordination and administration.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
Knowledge of economics, accounting, mathematics, administration, English language, law, government, and human resources.
