Directing and managing services for client projects to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service
Leading the Planning and Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases of study management
Gathering customer requirements and relaying to internal teams
Developing study documentation
Distributing/tracking equipment
Creating/distributing reports
Archiving study data and documentation
Monitoring study timelines and managing the financial components of each program/study, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation
Identifying potential study risks and mitigations and escalating as appropriate
Managing internal/external negotiations and promoting collaboration to foster a positive team environment
Applying problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintaining issue tracking documentation
Ensuring compliance with timely training completion/documentation
Presenting study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings as needed
Attending client meetings to present Company services and Operational Data flow as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or proven Project Management skills or experience within the industry

4 years of experience in Project Management with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience)
Knowledge of the drug development process
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests
Experience with ePRO or eCOA solutions is beneficial
