Being the ambassador for customers during each phase of the project (from sales to delivery)
Simultaneously running various projects in different phases and for different customers
Managing relationships with customers and visiting them 6-10 times per year (this will deviate per month and year, depending on the projects)
Reaching an agreement regarding (technical) requirements
Defining budget and project plans and setting priorities based on the schedule
Steering the project team towards a successful project realization by communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders and paying attention to their needs and schedule
Presenting progress, technical and commercial updates during (project) meetings to both the management and the project team
Support our sales and service team with the commercial and technical preparations of projects
Advise the Operations, Service and Project Management if you think we can improve our way of working
Requirements
Higher educational degree in technical studies
Minimum of 2-5 years working experience in managing customer projects
Strong communication and planning skills
Being a connector and result driven
Other languages written and/or spoken as English and/or Dutch are a plus
Experience with international customers and machine installation or upgrades on location is a plus
Able to work with our software tools such as JIRA / ISAH (ERP systems)
