Partner Success Manager

Role Overview

• Partner with all teams across our Service department
• Manage medium
• to large-sized implementations
• Drive the annual license renewal and upsell process
• Provide high-level service and dedication to students and teachers
• Address and resolve educator concerns and capture feedback
• Identify opportunities for expansions within existing implementations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or marketing
• 5 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching (or a combination)
• Customer orientated with strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable or proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Energized by the prospect of learning new technology and systems
