Role Overview
Oversee day-to-day operations of the business unit

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or HR
+2 years’ experience in office operations in agencies, advertising, or consultancy
Facilities management and office operations skills
A positive, professional, patient and customer service mindset
Basic financial knowledge and experience managing a budget
Ability to autonomously manage work and details
Communication skills
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Experience managing multiple offices
