Enter and manage international purchase orders in the system, ensuring correct completion of information and specifications.
Monitor production status with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met and making any necessary adjustments.
Maintain ongoing communication with international suppliers to align on lead times, specifications and commercial terms.
Ensure process compliance with company policies and regulations.
Organize and validate the documentation required for the import process.
Work closely with the Foreign Trade department to ensure smooth cargo clearance and transportation.
Track supplier performance indicators and propose improvements to the procurement process.
Contribute to cost analysis and seek opportunities to optimize the supply chain.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations or related fields.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with international suppliers.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of processes.
