Map and document end-to-end processes using BPMN methodology (with tools such as Bizagi), designing flows focused on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and data governance.
Translate mapped processes into recommendations for interactive digital solutions that enable rapid adoption and high efficiency.
Lead process deliverables and timelines in a structured manner, applying market methodologies (both agile frameworks such as Scrum/Kanban and traditional practices based on PMBOK).
Lead organizational impact diagnostics (stakeholder mapping, change readiness analysis), designing and executing structured communication, engagement and ongoing training plans for impacted teams.
Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, interviews with technical and business leaders, and executive presentations with independence and strong ownership.
Ensure that improvements and processes follow best practices for master data governance, data and compliance, defining KPIs for operational efficiency and KPIs for adoption/success of the implemented change.

Solid professional experience leading the mapping of high-complexity processes (BPMN/Bizagi) and governance of systems, data and business rules.
Strong background in project management (traditional and agile).
Excellent synthesis and communication skills, able to translate technical IT documentation clearly for business, compliance and legal areas.
Extremely high level of ownership, proactivity and autonomy to lead meetings and drive solutions without constant supervision.
