Fluent in both English and Spanish (Mandatory)
3+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar client-facing experience.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Experience interpreting data and using metrics to guide client conversations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Performance-based commission on top of base salary
