About this role
Role Overview
- Own responsibility for subprojects within client engagements, from discovery to go‑live
- Build agent and automation workflows using Claude, n8n and our internal stack
- Prepare workshops, status updates and client materials — clear, structured, and to the point
- Optimize processes in day‑to‑day operations, both internally and for clients
- Collaborate across departments: Consulting, Product, Sales, and Internal Ops
Requirements
- Ongoing degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- You have used Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools to accomplish real work, not just homework
- You work in a structured way, think proactively, and speak up when you notice issues
- You can explain complex topics clearly in writing and verbally
- Fluent in German and English. Client communication is predominantly in German.
