About this role
Role Overview
- Handle access requests related to IT services, such as systems, file server folders, user accounts and email accounts, through existing channels and following established workflows;
- Comply with global and local information security and governance policies, as well as national and international data protection laws;
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve incidents related to the services supported by the area, using the current ITSM tool and adhering to established SLAs according to incident priority;
- Act with a focus on restoring affected services as quickly as possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Intermediate English;
- Basic knowledge of Information Security;
- Basic knowledge of Networking;
- Basic knowledge of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems;
- Basic knowledge of ITIL is desirable;
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and responsible;
- Analytical problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
