Oversee delivery and ensure successful execution of projects (quality, timelines, commitments, profitability)
Manage teams: performance monitoring, annual reviews, skills development and training plans
Optimize staffing and workload planning in line with business and market needs
Contribute to account growth (upselling, pre-sales support, assistance to sales teams)
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments: manage service delivery, lead steering committees, handle billing
Produce management reporting and monitor the performance of your LBU
Act as the key interface for sourcing (recruitment, internal mobility, subcontracting) in coordination with Workforce Management.

Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and operational oversight within an IT/services environment
Master's degree (engineering, business school or equivalent)
Strong expertise in delivery management (quality, margin, client commitments)
Proven experience in team leadership and employee development
Interest in business development and client relationship management
Ability to analyze performance metrics and steer operations
Leadership and ability to build consensus
Strong organizational skills and results orientation
