Role Overview
Be Strategic & Account Leader: Advise and develop German and international manufacturers, brands and retailers with ambitious growth targets, using a high degree of autonomy
Lead & Inspire: Plan and execute cross-channel digital marketing campaigns—from initial concept through agile optimization to in-depth analysis
Drive Vision & Growth: Take full project responsibility for the quality, budget and profitability of your accounts and make bold, strategic decisions
Build Systems: Conduct independent analyses, regular reporting and precise performance control to make our clients' growth measurable
Track & Analyze: Interpret complex campaign results and derive clear, strategic recommendations for action
Communicate with Impact: Ensure agile, transparent and proactive project communication at eye level—both internally and directly with your clients
Simplify Complexity: Translate complex data into understandable reports to create maximum transparency
Shape Success: Continuously expand your skills in holistic digital marketing strategies across the full funnel—from Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok and other social channels
Requirements
Performance Background: At least 4 years of solid professional experience in performance marketing, ideally at a digital agency or in a dynamic in‑house environment
Consulting & Customer Empathy: Strong consulting skills and the ability to deeply understand your clients' business models, challenges and needs
Growth Mindset: A genuine passion for digital marketing, B2C/B2B e‑commerce and enthusiasm for holistic full‑funnel approaches
Channel Expertise: Hands‑on experience with one or more channels (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads or YouTube). You don't need to master everything—the more prior knowledge you bring, the better
Analytical Depth: Strong analytical skills, a pronounced affinity for numbers and a solid intuition for data, statistics and logical relationships
Tech & Tracking Affinity: Ideally some familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for data visualization, and very confident use of Google Sheets
Trusted Partner: Strong communication skills, an open and bold personality and the willingness to grow continuously both professionally and personally
Language & Background: Fluent German and good English skills, and a degree in marketing, e‑commerce, media or business administration—or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
