About this role
Role Overview
Handle customer inquiries competently and with a solutions-oriented approach
Support the team with administrative processes
Create and modify product entries
Implement and correct new vehicle models
Review and approve special requests
Update general insurance terms and product descriptions
Coordinate flyer distribution
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and perform data analyses
Assume backup/representative responsibilities within the team
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
Ideally some experience in product or dealer management
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Analytical thinking
Independent and reliable work approach
Strong communication skills
Enjoy interacting with customers
Very good German, both written and spoken
Knowledge of additional languages such as English, French or Italian is an advantage
