Role Overview
- Handle customer inquiries competently and with a solutions-oriented approach
- Support the team with administrative processes
- Create and modify product entries
- Implement and correct new vehicle models
- Review and approve special requests
- Update general insurance terms and product descriptions
- Coordinate flyer distribution
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and perform data analyses
- Assume backup/representative responsibilities within the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- Ideally some experience in product or dealer management
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking
- Independent and reliable work approach
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Very good German, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of additional languages such as English, French or Italian is an advantage
