Role Overview
- Participate in new business opportunities as a support to the Account Director
- Note taking during meetings/calls; sends prompt recaps
- Requests/collects and files resources needed for project scopes
- Follows and implements client’s SOPs into agency's milestone delivery
- Learns project deadlines to support the team
- Supports PM to collect/track internal and external feedback
- Drives the creation of billable job codes
- Shadows and assists Account Lead in monthly revenue recognition meetings
- Collaborates with team members to succeed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross functional relationships
- Takes the initiative in seeking training on company processes/procedures
- Works collaboratively as part of a team
- Innovative thinker and creative problem solver
- Strong attention to detail
