Support payroll data preparation for multiple Latin America countries (e.g., Colombia and other regional offices)
Enter and maintain employee payroll records (new hires, changes, terminations)
Assist with timekeeping reviews and escalate discrepancies
Generate standard payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation
Ensure data accuracy in line with internal procedures and local country requirements
Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate more complex issues
Support audit requests by gathering payroll records

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
Basic understanding of payroll principles; exposure to Latin American payroll is a plus.
Strong Excel skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple payroll cycles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bilingual – English/ Spanish or Portuguese
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required to support collaboration across international teams.
