Requirements
1 year of experience in a quality department
French fluency (C2) required
Excellent communication skills, combining a pedagogical approach, diplomacy and the ability to foster constructive exchanges
Strong aptitude for data collection and analysis, with proven mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets
Knowledge of SQL is a strong plus for turning data into strategic insights
