Team Leader – Bridges and Structures

Role Overview

• Mobilize, lead and develop the team’s professionals
• Ensure optimal allocation of resources
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables
• Effectively plan the team’s human and financial resources
• Contribute to monitoring sector performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering, or another combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in site monitoring for bridge and structural works projects
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Training in construction and repair of structures (MTMD)
• Experience coordinating or supervising professional teams
• Excellent communication, planning and prioritization skills
• Significant experience managing multidisciplinary projects
• ASP Construction card
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in French and English required
