Role Overview
- Own a portfolio of mid-size and enterprise accounts: onboarding, adoption, QBRs, health scoring, and renewal
- Run onboarding sessions, trainings, and workshops
- Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross-sell
- Monitor customer health and engagement data
- Translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams
- Stay informed about electronics industry trends
- Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Comfortable running onboarding workshops and customer trainings
- Strong commercial instinct
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Self-directed with motivation to build something new
- Experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains is a bonus
- Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Spanish and French is a plus
