Role Overview
- Drive sales by identifying and securing project opportunities
- Key liaison between the company and construction professionals
- Manage and achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Approach Developers, Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors
- Cultivate, develop and manage assigned projects
- Build strong relationships with project-related parties
- Prepare win-win quotations
- Negotiate & close sales contracts
- Liaise with related departments on technical/commercial issues
- Monitor, follow up and report on CRM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of working experience in door hardware’s solution or door supply or construction materials in project sales sector is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good networks with project developers, designers, architects, contractors
- Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
