Promote the company's portfolio of products, services, and solutions, with a focus on the Sugar & Ethanol segment.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing positioning, and the development of business opportunities.
Build strategic relationships with clients to ensure sustainable business growth.
Deliver trainings, lectures, and technical presentations to clients and partners.
Manage the sales pipeline and track the status of commercial proposals.
Operate in a consultative manner, identifying customer needs and proposing high‑value solutions.
Conduct frequent on-site visits to clients within the assigned region.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
Experience in consultative sales of equipment, systems, or solutions for the industrial and automation sectors.
Experience with electrical projects, maintenance, and automation involving converters and low
and medium-voltage motors.
Knowledge of the Sugar & Ethanol market; experience in the Food & Beverage and Water & Sanitation sectors is desirable.
Experience selling solutions and creating customer value.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
Intermediate English for reading and writing, including technical English.
Availability for domestic and international travel.
Ability to work remotely (home office), with approximately 40% of time dedicated to client visits.
