Monitor and analyze the industrial market and environmental projects landscape
Develop and manage customer base through targeted visits to customers’ offices, facilities, and construction sites
Develop sales growth through preparation, account planning, deep understanding of customer applications, identification of value-based sales opportunities, and consistent follow-up
Study technical specifications of equipment and documentation data
Prepare and deliver technical solution presentations, focusing on up-selling, cross-selling, and after-sales opportunities in collaboration with sales teams, suppliers, and technical teams
Prepare technical file and supporting documents and prepare quotations in CRM
Advise customers on proper equipment selection, installation, operation, and maintenance based on manuals
Manage the opportunity pipeline through CRM, accurate update of open quotations, sales forecasting and clear next steps.
Negotiate offer terms, reach agreements, and conclude contracts
Participate in and professionally represent the company in exhibitions and campaigns.
Requirements
Graduate of a polytechnic school as an Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
6+ years of experience in technical equipment sales with customer portfolio management.
Knowledge of CRM-ERP software use is desirable.
Good knowledge of Office 365, Teams and sales reporting
Very good written communication skills in Greek and English
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage time effectively and organize work.
