Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, asset managers, consultants, commercial property owners, insurers, and strategic partners.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
Build and maintain a network of referral sources.
Develop strategic account plans for key clients and target accounts.
Generate new opportunities for emergency response, mitigation, reconstruction, and large-loss services.
Promote Paul Davis capabilities across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential sectors.
Identify emerging opportunities within target markets.
Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, facility tours, and site visits.
Attend networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and community events.
Participate in evening and occasional weekend industry functions as required.
Represent Paul Davis professionally in all interactions.
Track all activities, meetings, opportunities, and touchpoints within the company CRM platform (Luxor).
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account information.
Provide regular reporting on sales activities and opportunities.
Support strategic planning initiatives through market intelligence and relationship insights.
Work closely with Operations, Project Management, Estimating, and Leadership teams.
Support customer onboarding and project transitions.
Ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as a bridge between customers and operations teams.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of business development, sales, account management, or relationship management experience
Experience within construction, commercial services, property management, facilities management, engineering, architecture, real estate, or a related industry
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Strong communication and networking skills
Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Existing relationships within the Ottawa commercial real estate market (Preferred)
Property management experience (Preferred)
Facilities management experience (Preferred)
BOMA involvement or familiarity (Preferred)
Restoration industry experience (Preferred)
Insurance industry relationships (Preferred)
Experience selling professional or construction-related services (Preferred)
