Key Account Manager – Semiconductor

Role Overview

• Own revenue, margin, and share-of-wallet targets across assigned accounts
• Build multi-year growth plans and execute quarterly action plans
• Maintain a robust pipeline in CRM; qualify opportunities and drive trials
• Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and manage price execution
• Provide accurate forecasts and collaborate with supply chain
• Partner with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and resolve issues
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer strategies

Requirements

• B2B experience in specialty chemicals or adjacent technical industries
• consultative selling skills
• ability to translate complex product capabilities into customer value
• data-savvy with tools like CRM (e.g., Salesforce/MS Dynamics) and Excel
• familiarity with specialty chemicals and customer processes
• strong grasp of B2B sales mechanics
