Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of clients and business partners
Build strong relationships, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for the portfolio
Identify opportunities for expansion, renewals, and new business development
Prepare, negotiate, and monitor commercial proposals, ensuring a consultative approach throughout the sales cycle
Manage the sales pipeline and keep opportunities updated in the CRM
Maintain constant interaction with Credit, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Pre-Sales, and Portfolio teams to ensure progress of negotiations and the best customer experience
Develop relationships with vendors and strategic partners, strengthening the business ecosystem
Monitor portfolio metrics, contributing to achieving commercial targets and improving results
Monitor market trends and support the development of commercial strategies
Requirements
Experience managing B2B client portfolios, preferably in the technology sector
Experience in consultative selling and handling complex negotiations
Experience within the technology ecosystem, working with distributors, vendors, channels, or resellers
Ability to build long-term relationships and develop business through a consultative approach
Experience preparing commercial proposals, pipeline management, and using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Analytical and organized profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
