About this role
Role Overview
Provide 2nd-level on-site and remote IT support for end users
Log and manage incidents and requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Support global infrastructure teams (Server, Network, Security) with local hands-on activities
Manage end-user devices and asset lifecycle (deployment, refresh, decommissioning)
Participate in local, regional, and global IT projects (e.g., M&A, upgrades, deployments)
Ensure compliance with global IT standards, processes, and security requirements
Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in IT service delivery
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in a similar IT support or field service role
Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, and basic networking
Solid knowledge of: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 / Teams, Active Directory, Basic networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Strong customer focus and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work both independently and within a global team
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
