Bilingual Call Center Representative

Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
• Research inquiries and provide accurate information while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
• Document customer interactions and resolutions within CRM and ticketing systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality member support

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and telephone technology
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
