About this role
Role Overview
Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service through inbound and outbound calls
Assist members with questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and empathetic manner
Research inquiries and provide accurate information while meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
Document customer interactions and resolutions within CRM and ticketing systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and quality member support
Requirements
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Minimum 6 months of call center and customer service experience required
Strong communication and active listening skills with a customer-focused mindset
Experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and telephone technology
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
